rasgulla recipe

ingredients 

1 litre         milk
1 cup         sugar 
1 cup         water
2-3 spoon  lemon juice 

method

First of all keep the milk on the gas! As soon as the milk comes to a boil, turn off the gas.

 When the milk cools down a little, add lemon juice to it. Slowly add lemon juice. As soon as the chena is ready, sieve in a sieve. Wash the chenna with water. So that the lemon is gone, put the chena in a cloth and hang it for 1 hour.

When the chena is dry. Remove it in a plate and knead it until it becomes smooth by hand. When the chena becomes smooth, make balls into it.

Now put sugar and water in a pan and make sugar syrup. As soon as the syrup starts cooking, put chena balls in it and cover the pan. Keep stirring it in between. When the rasgullas become full and double, take them out and make them rasgulla.


Serve the rasgulla when it cools down.
