Ingredients for rice kheer: -
1 cup Rice
1/2 cup sugar
1 kg Milk
1 Tablespoon grated Coconut
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 Tablespoon almond
2 tablespoon raisins
Method of preparation of rice kheer : -
First wash the rice well, now take a bowl and soak the rice in water for one hour.After one hour remove all the rice water.
Now take a pot, put it on the gas and put the soaked rice and milk in it. The rice has to be cooked till it gets thick and the milk is thick. Keep the flame low. It will take about 15 -20 minutes to cook rice.
