missi roti (dal ka paratha)

Missi roti is also called lentil bread! Often the lentils are left in everyone's house, then you can make tasty parathas with the remaining lentils! Everyone likes these paranthas! So today we make dal parathas.

necessary ingredients :-

  • 1 cup lentils (any lentils)
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery
  • 1 small finely chopped onion
  • 2 green chillies
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
  • A little oil for the parathas

Method :-
Take a bowl, add wheat flour, salt, red chilli powder, parsley, onion, green chilli, coriander and mix them all together! Now add a little bit of pulse to it and prepare the dough!

Now make dough dough! Then take one dough and roll round bread! Put the rolled bread on the pan as soon as the tava becomes hot. Just like the bread is cooked from one side, apply oil on the bread. Apply oil on both sides and cook it.
Your dal is ready to be made with paratha. Pickle it, eat it with butter!!!!
